Isn't $30 per month a little expensive of hosting?

Our $30 monthly fee isn't a hosting fee. We don't offer hosting as an independent service. We are providing a web site, including premier data-integrated content management, for $30 a month as a combined service. Hosting is something you don't need to worry about with a ZIP site -- it's something you only need to worry about if someone builds you a static HTML site. ZIP is a service that we provide for you, not a product you have to worry about.

So, yes, you can find hosting for $10 a month from a volume-hosting company. But they aren't offering you the designs, ease-of-management and flexible technology in a ZIP site.
