What if I need changes made to how the site works?

Though the designs vary, and there is a great deal of built-in flexibility, Zip sites all function using the exact same core technologies. In contrast, our custom sites are made to fit the precise needs of the client. So the short answer is that we can't offer any changes in the functionality of a Zip site, short of offering you a custom site which may be cost-prohibitive.
